Mr.Goldsmith is the current president of Cascades Coal Sales, Inc. Cascade purchases and resells coal to large commercial accounts and electric utilities. For over ten years, Mr. Goldsmith was the president of Sentry Resources Associates, Inc., a Land management company focused on coal, oil, and gas property in West Virginia and Kentucky. He is sits on the boardof Director for the BB&T Bank in Charleston, West Virginia.
Manager, Field Operations
Mr. Maddox has over 28 year of experience in treatment of water and solid waste in the chemical industry and the construction of plants. He wealth of knowledge has allowed him to hold the position of utility manager; also as a project manager/coordinator for Union Carbide and later purchased by Dow Chemical in South Charleston, West Virginia. Upon taking early retirement Mr. Maddox joined NGI in 2009 in the position of NGI field Operation Manager for start-up and safety for NGPure Products and Process Technology. Mr. Maddox has work overseas in various countries; bringing projects to successful completion by meeting all required specification and startup criteria as well as the United States.
H.E. “Mike” Gardner
Mr. Gardner has more than 40 years of experience in the natural gas industry. Throughout his career, he has provided leadership in the areas of exploration, development, contract drilling and oil and gas hauling and rigging. In 1970, Mr. Gardner joined Equitable Resources, Inc. (NYSE Stock Symbol "EQT"), which is currently one of the largest natural gas producers in the Appalachian basin with reserves of 2.5 trillion cubic feet. Mr. Gardner retired from the company as president of Equitable Resources Energy Company, a billion dollar division focused on drilling, exploration, gathering and delivering natural gas.
Since leaving Equitable, Mr. Gardner has been involved in a number of alternative fuel and biodiesel projects with a particular focus on exploration and production. He has also served as president of the Virginia Oil and Gas Association and on the board of directors of the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association. Additionally, Mr. Gardner has served on numerous boards of directors including that of the Pittsburgh Clean Cities Group. He has also been a member of the Philadelphia Clean Cities Group and the Louisville Clean Cities Group and currently serves on the board of trustees of Pikeville College in Kentucky.
Mr. Booth has more than 40 years experience as a leader in science of water purification, chemical and natural gas industries, working as a civil and mechanical engineer. Prior to joining NGInnovations, Mr. Booth served as Vice President of Augusta Engineering and Construction Services, designing new and upgrading of existing plants and processes. He was also a Senior Engineering Manager at various E. I. DuPont locations having responsibility for four plant sites in the Southeast, as well as Circleville, Ohio, for the design of both engineering and construction capital projects. Mr. Booth has significant entrepreneurial experience in starting and assisting other engineering service and new starup companies to profitability.
Mr. Booth is a past Board Member of the Kanawha Valley Local Port Authority District Public Relations Board, where he provides technical resource support. Mr. Booth has also served as Vice President of Mid-West Technical Services (MTI).
Director of Sales
Mr.Sadd is a 1983 graduate of West Virginia University. He has been indirectly involved with NGI for four years and, in 2010, became Director of Sales, Marketing and Contracts. David has an accomplished and extensive background in real estate brokerage and development. Currently, he also serves as President of Advanced Water Processes, LLC.
Vice President Technology
Mr. Anderson has deep and varied experience in the water purification and the natural gas industry. Prior to his work with NGI, Mr. Anderson spent 24 years with North Coast Energy where he served in various roles in production and reservoir engineering and finally as operations manager. In this role, he managed over 90 employees including accountants, field personnel, and drilling supervisors and was responsible for production, expense, and capital on over 3500 wells located in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. As a reservoir and production engineer, Mr. Anderson has provided SEC and Bank mortgage evaluations, performed economic evaluations for acquisitions and capital expenditures and provided cash flows for budgeted volumes. Mr. Anderson has spent the last four years working for NGInnovations as petroleum engineer and register professional engineer and in the area of science of water purification.
