March 2012: NGInnovations held a dramatic eye opening meeting in the Clarksburg, WV Hilton
Gardens Inn, demonstrating its ability of its NGPureTM Recovery Unit to remove salt and other sources of contaminations from the Marcellus Water or other shale play oil and gas wells, the NGPureTM C-FIT Unit that would provide tracking and locations of water trucks from loading to discharge via satellite and internet. NGI will be having several other meeting to demonstrate removal of Salts and to present other products developed for the Oil and Gas Industry. Several operating companies, Government Officials attended the meeting from the West Virginia Business Development Office and related private groups. Several firms and persons stated this had been the only meeting they had attended that actually showed the Salts being removed. January 2012: Demand for the NGPureTM C-Fluids Identification and Tracking (known as C-FIT) has experienced dramatic growth due to greater pressures for tracking the volumes of fluids used from regulatory authorizes. The unit can be installed on trucks or placed at storage tank facilities or at injection wells, allowing real time ability in accounting for fluid movement. September 2011: NGI has relocated its offices from DOW Technical Park, 3200 Kanawha Turnpike Building 740 in South Charleston, WV to NGI’s new location at 418 New Goff Mountain Road, suite 203, Cross Lanes, WV 25313, main office Telephone number 1-304-720-5945.
September 2011: NGI will be commercializing its newest process technology version of the “NGPureTM Recovery Unit” in early 2012. It is presently working with several communities and firms in need of its newest technology.
December 2010: NGI is providing assistance to a national processing firm to located a new facilities in West Virginia, the name of the firm is expected to be announced by late March or early April 2011. This firm will require jobs hires for skilled operators, craftsmen, management and administrative assistance for West Virginians.
November 2010: NGI submitted a competitive bid for the supply of salt Brine to the State of West Virginia Depart of Highways and won the bid, to supply Process Salt Brine to the State Highways for a period of 12 months. The contract through the State Purchasing Department was let for 1,400,000 Gallon of Salt Brine.
Desember 2010: A pilot program for processed Salt Brine from Natural Gas Wells meeting WVDEP regulations was approved and started between NGInnovations and the State of West Virginia DOH in 2009, the program ended in April of 2010, considered a success by WVDOH. 260,000 gallons was used to retreat and mix with Salt crystals for State Highway treatment during and before snow falls.
September 2010: We have been working with a established Oil Recycling firm to locate a new plant facilities in West Virginia. The location and the company should make the announcement in the near future as to location and the name of the firm.
August 2010: NGI started the development of its NGPureTM MRU Unit, in August 2010, we have ran several tests at different locations for trials. The unit perform during the processing phase as expected, some modifications were required, these have been made. The unit will be ready for limited commercialization by the first of the year. The unit is expected to be used in water from OIL and Gas, Mining, Utility, Public Treatment facilities as well as industrial facilities and other waste water discharge points.
WV Executive Publication - April 2009: NGInnovations, Inc was the featured article in the West Virginia Executive Magazine, Outlining water purification for the Natural Gas Industry. NGInnovations, Inc. was formed as a Green Technology Company in 2006 providing State of the Art, Leading Technology and Equipment to the Oil and Gas, Mining Industry. The Technology allows water to be reused in drilling and fracturing activities, in Coal Preparation Plants for the washing of coal, pond discharging or use as irrigation and drinking water for agriculture crops and farm animals. The NGPureTM Separation Unit designed to be used on contaminated water with less than 40,000 TDS; while the NGPureTM Recovery Units can be used on highest of TDS waters. The Units can be constructed and operated as portable or as fixed facility.
October 2009: NGInnovations provided a display and its field test 172 bbl/d, NGPureTM Separation Unit for display at the annual event held by Mid-Atlantic Technology Research and Innovations Center at the Clay Center in Charleston, West Virginia. The event was attended by West Virginia State and Federal Government persons, Oil and Gas, Chemical and Mining Industry leaders in WV.
October 2009: Chemical Alliance Zone Meeting - NGInnovations, Inc was invited to make a presentation to the Chemical Alliance discussing water purification at Oil and Gas drilling sites and the Mining Industry and how and to what extent can it be clean to be environmental acceptable and by what methods.
